Mods work fine… until they don’t. Epic’s launcher hates third-party .dll files post-update.
Fix:
Launch via PlayGTAV.exe: Bypass Epic’s anticheat checks. Add -EpicPortal to command lines.
Offline mode: Disable internet, launch game, re-enable. Works 60% of the time, every time.
