The game forgets how to graphics. Error code: ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT.
Fix:
-
Navigate to
Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V, open settings.xml, and set<DX_Version value=”0″ />15. -
Run the game as admin and ensure your GPU drivers aren’t beta versions (looking at you, Nvidia).
