ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2 pops up after the LS Tuners update. Your game files are extra corrupted.

Fix:

Nuclear option: Delete x64e.rpf and let Steam/Epic redownload it. Yes, it’s 5GB. Yes, it works.
Disable mods: Some .asi scripts corrupt archives silently. Remove ALL mods before verifying.
