Issue: Game crashes on launch with “ERR_GEN_STEAM.” Steam and Social Club are at war.
Fix:
-
Reinstall Steam API: Delete
steam_api64.dllandsteam_appid.txt, then verify game files. -
Launch as Admin: Run both Steam and GTA V as admin.
