Issue: Your character looks like a default NPC, and your outfits are gone.
Fix:

• Clear Local Profile Cache: Delete Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\[RANDOM] except SGTA5 files.

• Rebuild Social Club Cache: Navigate to C:\Users\[YOU]\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games and delete the Social Club folder.
