Audio cuts out mid-heist, leaving you deaf to Oppressor missiles. Error code ERR_AUD_INIT2 haunts your speakers.
Fix:

Reinstall DirectX/audio drivers: Windows Update won’t save you here. Grab the latest C++ redistributables too.

Disable spatial sound: Right-click your volume icon > Spatial sound > Off. Rockstar’s audio engine hates “immersive” gimmicks.
