Issue: Plug in headphones mid-game? All sound vanishes until restart.
Fix:
-
Set Default Device BEFORE Launching: Windows Sound Settings > Disable auto-switching.
-
Disable Spatial Sound: Conflicts with GTA’s audio engine.
