Game launches, screen goes dark, and you’re left questioning your life choices.
Fix:
-
Verify game files (Steam/Epic) and update DirectX/Visual C++.

Disable Nvidia GPU temporarily via Device Manager if you’re on a laptop with hybrid graphics. Re-enable it after launching.

Edit settings.xml: Change
<DX_Version value=”2″ />to0to force DX10
