Issue: 144 FPS feels choppy? Frame pacing worse than a PowerPoint presentation.
Fix:

  • Cap FPS to 90: Use RTSS (RivaTuner) to smooth frame delivery.

  • Disable Fullscreen Optimizations: Right-click GTA5.exe > Compatibility.
